Key Features

  • Automated Inline Production Integration

Designed for seamless connection to production lines, the PM-V8 can be integrated with conveyors and PLC systems to enable continuous automated plasma surface treatment without manual repositioning or batch stoppages.

  • Versatile Interchangeable Nozzles for Variable Treatment Widths

Multiple nozzle sizes and rotating gun options cover narrow to wide treatment areas (3–90 mm ranges), allowing precise treatment across diverse part geometries and ensuring consistent surface conditions for downstream manufacturing processes.

  • Low-temperature Cold-arc Plasma Technology

Employs cold-arc discharge to activate and clean surfaces at low temperatures, preventing thermal damage to heat-sensitive polymers and delicate assemblies while maintaining stable and repeatable processing conditions for sensitive materials.

  • Quiet, Safe and Eco-friendly Operation

No-belt silent nozzle design and pollution-free plasma discharge ensure operator comfort and environmental compliance, reducing the need for additional exhaust or post-treatment cleaning processes.

  • Adjustable Power and Frequency Control

1000W adjustable output and an 18–25 kHz frequency range provide tunable energy delivery to match material types and processing speeds, optimizing treatment efficacy and minimizing overexposure.

  • Compact Design with Lightweight Nozzle

Compact main unit (500×300×1000 mm) and 1.5 kg nozzle allow easy retrofit into existing lines; 2.5 m cable and built-in air source provide flexible placement and simplified installation.

Plasma Cleaning Process

  • Plasma Generation

Process gas is energized and converted into a reactive plasma containing ions, electrons, and radicals.

  • Plasma–Surface Interaction

Energetic plasma species interact with surface molecules and contaminants under controlled vacuum conditions.

  • Chemical Reaction

Reactive ions and radicals break down organic residues and surface contaminants through controlled chemical reactions.

  • Volatilization

The reaction products are converted into volatile compounds and enter the gas phase.

  • Removal from Surface

Gaseous by-products desorb from the surface and are evacuated, leaving a clean, activated material surface.
