Key Features

  • Adjustable High Power Output

Provides up to 2000 W of adjustable power with dual-frequency operation (40 kHz / 13.56 MHz) to ensure stable plasma density and repeatable surface treatment for large-scale continuous production.

  • User-Friendly PLC Touch Control

Integrated PLC plus touchscreen interface enables intuitive recipe management, real-time process monitoring and quick switching between automatic and manual modes to reduce operator training time.

  • Customizable Chamber Configurations

Chamber size, material and layer count can be customized to match specific part geometries and production volumes, enabling flexible integration into diverse manufacturing lines.

  • Multi-Gas Process Flexibility

Supports multiple process gases (Ar, O2, N2, Air, H2+N2 mixed) with 2-channel proportional flow control to tune plasma chemistry for cleaning, activation or surface modification of varied substrates.

  • Compact, Multi-Layer Loading Design

Compact 30 L chamber with five-layer carrier (W300 × D265 mm) maximizes throughput in a small footprint, ideal for batch processing or inline integration without sacrificing capacity.

  • Robust Safety and Reliability Features

Designed with multi-function safety protections and selectable stainless steel or aluminum cavity materials to ensure long-term reliability, operator safety and consistent process results.

Plasma Cleaning Process

  • Plasma Generation

Process gas is energized and converted into a reactive plasma containing ions, electrons, and radicals.

  • Plasma–Surface Interaction

High-energy plasma species reach the material surface and interact with contaminants at the molecular level.

  • Chemical Reaction

Reactive ions and radicals break down organic residues and surface contaminants through controlled chemical reactions.

  • Volatilization

The reaction products are converted into volatile compounds and enter the gas phase.

  • Removal from Surface

Gaseous by-products desorb from the surface and are evacuated, leaving a clean, activated material surface.
