Fixed Chamber

Platform Modification Limits

Not everything on these platforms is open to modification. Atmospheric systems run open-air, so fixtures, nozzle placement, and conveyor interfaces can be reworked around your line.

Sealed vacuum systems hold a fixed chamber geometry to preserve the vacuum seal.
Internal fixtures and process parameters can still be tailored.
The chamber shell isn't resized without a new tooling design.
