Key Features

  • Adjustable Plasma Power Range

Power is adjustable from 100 W up to 2000 W to match diverse material and process requirements, enabling fine control of surface activation intensity for consistent production results.

  • Integrated PLC Touchscreen Control

PLC plus touchscreen interface simplifies operation and recipe management, offering stable process control, easy parameter adjustments and reliable integration with production lines.

  • Dry, Chemical-Free Processing

The vacuum plasma process is fully dry and requires no chemical agents or water, reducing environmental impact, operating costs and eliminating chemical residue on treated parts.

  • Wide Material Compatibility

Suitable for metals, plastics, glass and polymer substrates, this system effectively cleans and activates diverse surfaces for improved adhesion, coating and printing performance.

  • Conveyorized Inline Production Design

Built-in SUS304 conveyor with adjustable speed (0–4 m/min) enables seamless inline integration for continuous processing and high repeatability in automated production lines.

  • Comprehensive Monitoring and Safety

Multiple safety and monitoring features — pressure and power detection, overload protection and alarms — ensure reliable operation and rapid fault notification to minimize downtime.

Plasma Cleaning Process

  • Plasma Generation

Process gas is energized and converted into a reactive plasma containing ions, electrons, and radicals.

  • Plasma–Surface Interaction

High-energy plasma species reach the material surface and interact with contaminants at the molecular level.

  • Chemical Reaction

Reactive ions and radicals break down organic residues and surface contaminants through controlled chemical reactions.

  • Volatilization

The reaction products are converted into volatile compounds and enter the gas phase.

  • Removal from Surface

Gaseous by-products desorb from the surface and are evacuated, leaving a clean, activated material surface.
