Key Features

  • Adjustable Power Control

User-adjustable 1000W power output allows fine tuning of plasma intensity for diverse substrate types, enabling optimal surface activation without thermal damage or over-processing.

  • Beltless Silent Nozzle Design

The DVG3 rotating gun uses a beltless, low-noise mechanism to reduce maintenance and operational noise while ensuring smooth, reliable nozzle rotation for consistent treatment.

  • Low-temperature Plasma Safety

Operates with low-temperature plasma that minimizes heat transfer to treated parts, providing safe processing for heat-sensitive plastics, electronics, and coated surfaces during inline production.

  • Flexible Nozzle Width Options

Multiple selectable nozzle widths (35–90 mm range) allow adaptation to a variety of part geometries and process demands, improving throughput and ensuring uniform surface activation.

  • Inline & Automation Ready

Designed for seamless integration with production lines and automation systems, enabling synchronized processing, reduced manual handling, and improved overall manufacturing efficiency.

  • Wide Industry Compatibility

Supports nitrogen and compressed dry air and offers adaptable treatment heights and pressures, making it suitable for packaging, automotive, medical, electronics, and other industrial applications.

Plasma Cleaning Process

  • Plasma Generation

Process gas is energized and converted into a reactive plasma containing ions, electrons, and radicals.

  • Plasma–Surface Interaction

High-energy plasma species reach the material surface and interact with contaminants at the molecular level.

  • Chemical Reaction

Reactive ions and radicals break down organic residues and surface contaminants through controlled chemical reactions.

  • Volatilization

The reaction products are converted into volatile compounds and enter the gas phase.

  • Removal from Surface

Gaseous by-products desorb from the surface and are evacuated, leaving a clean, activated material surface.
