Key Features

  • Automated Inline Integration

Designed for seamless integration with production lines, the PM-V82 enables automated inline treatment to improve throughput and reduce manual handling while maintaining consistent surface activation across high-volume processes.

  • Adjustable Dual Power Output

Dual adjustable power modules (1000W x2) provide flexible energy control for diverse materials and process requirements, allowing fine tuning of plasma intensity to match sensitive substrates without damaging them.

  • Beltless Silent Rotary Nozzles

The DV1/DVG3 beltless rotary nozzle design reduces mechanical noise and maintenance needs, providing stable rotating performance for uniform treatment over curved or tubular surfaces with minimal downtime.

  • Multiple Nozzle Width Options

A wide selection of nozzle treatment widths (from narrow 3–5 mm to broad 85–90 mm) supports precision spot activation and wide-area processing, making the unit versatile for many production and material types.

  • Low-Temperature Cold-Arc Plasma

Cold-arc plasma technology delivers effective surface activation at low temperatures, preventing heat damage to sensitive components while removing contaminants and improving adhesion properties without chemical residues.

  • Gas Flexibility and Safety

Compatible with nitrogen and compressed dry air, the system offers safe, contamination-free operation and can be adapted to cleanroom or sensitive manufacturing environments requiring inert or dry gas sources.

Plasma Cleaning Process

  • Plasma Generation

Process gas is energized and converted into a reactive plasma containing ions, electrons, and radicals.

  • Plasma–Surface Interaction

High-energy plasma species reach the material surface and interact with contaminants at the molecular level.

  • Chemical Reaction

Reactive ions and radicals break down organic residues and surface contaminants through controlled chemical reactions.

  • Volatilization

The reaction products are converted into volatile compounds and enter the gas phase.

  • Removal from Surface

Gaseous by-products desorb from the surface and are evacuated, leaving a clean, activated material surface.
