Key Features

  • Automation and Line Integration

Designed for seamless integration with automated production lines, PM-V84 provides configurable I/O, synchronized operation, and remote control options to reduce manual handling and increase throughput in high-volume manufacturing environments.

  • Multi-Nozzle Flexibility

Supports multiple interchangeable nozzle widths and a four-nozzle configuration to accommodate diverse part geometries, enabling targeted treatment of narrow traces to wide surfaces without extensive fixturing changes.

  • Low-Temperature Cold-Arc Technology

Utilizes low-temperature plasma discharge to treat sensitive materials without thermal impact, supporting downstream processes such as coating, printing, and bonding in precision manufacturing environments.

  • Quiet Beltless Nozzle Design

Rotary guns use a beltless, silent structure (DV1, DVG3) that minimizes noise and maintenance, offering stable rotation and long service life for continuous inline cleaning applications in noise-sensitive production areas.

  • Gas Compatibility and Safety

Operable with compressed dry air or nitrogen, the unit is engineered for safe, pollution-free operation with no harmful byproducts, supporting cleanroom or sensitive manufacturing requirements while reducing environmental impact.

  • Precise Treatment Control

Adjustable power modules and frequency control (18–25 kHz) enable precise process parameter tuning, ensuring consistent and repeatable plasma treatment across different materials and production conditions.

Plasma Cleaning Process

  • Plasma Generation

Process gas is energized and converted into a reactive plasma containing ions, electrons, and radicals.

  • Plasma–Surface Interaction

Energetic plasma species interact with surface molecules and contaminants under controlled vacuum conditions.

  • Chemical Reaction

Reactive ions and radicals break down organic residues and surface contaminants through controlled chemical reactions.

  • Volatilization

The reaction products are converted into volatile compounds and enter the gas phase.

  • Removal from Surface

Gaseous by-products desorb from the surface and are evacuated, leaving a clean, activated material surface.
