Conveyor Inline Plasma Surface Treatment Machine

AC-G60 is a conveyor-integrated inline plasma treatment machine designed for continuous surface preparation in high-throughput production environments. As part of Fari Plasma's atmospheric plasma systems range, it is built for flat or regularly shaped parts that require stable treatment speed, controlled plasma distance, and repeatable surface activation. For a full overview of how atmospheric plasma surface treatment works, see our technology guide.

  • Inline conveyor throughput: conveyor-based processing supports continuous operation in production lines.
  • Tunable line speed: adjustable conveyor speed helps match exposure time to material type and takt time.
  • Configurable treatment width: treatment width can be adjusted according to workpiece size and process requirements.

Key Features

  • Integrated Conveyor Processing

Designed with a built-in conveyor system, the machine enables continuous, automated plasma treatment for flat or regularly shaped products in production lines.

  • Adjustable Conveyor Speed

The conveyor speed can be adjusted to match different treatment times and production rhythms, ensuring consistent and repeatable processing results.

  • Customizable Treatment Width

Treatment width can be customized according to product size requirements, supporting efficient processing of various workpieces.

  • Stable Treatment Distance Control

Maintains a controlled plasma treatment gap of 8–12 mm to ensure uniform treatment results across the workpiece and repeatable processing quality.

  • Air or Nitrogen Gas Option

Uses air as the standard working gas, with optional nitrogen (N₂) available to meet different material and surface treatment needs.

Plasma Cleaning Process

  • Plasma Generation

Process gas is energized and converted into a reactive plasma containing ions, electrons, and radicals.

  • Plasma–Surface Interaction

Energetic plasma species interact with surface molecules and contaminants under controlled vacuum conditions.

  • Chemical Reaction

Reactive ions and radicals break down organic residues and surface contaminants through controlled chemical reactions.

  • Volatilization

The reaction products are converted into volatile compounds and enter the gas phase.

  • Removal from Surface

Gaseous by-products desorb from the surface and are evacuated, leaving a clean, activated material surface.
