Key Features

  • Compact Vacuum Chamber Design

5L chamber made from 316 stainless steel and imported aluminum alloy provides corrosion resistance and can be customized to fit various small-batch production and laboratory sample sizes.

  • PLC and Touch Screen Controls

Integrated PLC with intuitive touch-screen interface enables recipe storage, automatic or manual process control, and simplified maintenance for repeatable plasma treatments in production and R&D.

  • Dual Gas Flow Control Channels

Two precision gas channels with imported needle valves and float meters allow accurate control of Argon, Oxygen, Nitrogen, air or H2/N2 mixes, enabling tailored surface activation and cleaning.

  • Adjustable Plasma Power Output

300W adjustable plasma generator operating at 40 kHz or 13.56 MHz delivers controllable power to balance gentle activation for sensitive substrates or stronger cleaning for stubborn contaminants.

  • Uniform Plasma Electrode Structure

Unique electrode geometry ensures homogeneous plasma distribution across the substrate, improving uniformity of surface treatment, adhesion enhancement, and reducing process variation across batches.

  • Versatile For Multiple Industrial Applications

Designed for plastics, semiconductors, medical devices, packaging and automotive components, the GD-5 supports pre-treatment, cleaning, sterilization and adhesion promotion across diverse materials and processes.

Plasma Cleaning Process

  • Plasma Generation

Process gas is energized and converted into a reactive plasma containing ions, electrons, and radicals.

  • Plasma–Surface Interaction

High-energy plasma species reach the material surface and interact with contaminants at the molecular level.

  • Chemical Reaction

Reactive ions and radicals break down organic residues and surface contaminants through controlled chemical reactions.

  • Volatilization

The reaction products are converted into volatile compounds and enter the gas phase.

  • Removal from Surface

Gaseous by-products desorb from the surface and are evacuated, leaving a clean, activated material surface.
