Key Features

  • 360° Rotational Uniform Surface Processing

Integrated rotating vacuum drum provides full 360° exposure ensuring uniform plasma treatment across powders, particles and irregular parts for consistent surface activation and cleaning.

  • Compact Design for Small-Batch Production

Space-efficient footprint designed for lab and small-scale manufacturing applications, offering stable performance and easy integration into existing production lines for prototype and pilot runs.

  • Adjustable Plasma Power And Frequency

100 W adjustable plasma generator operating at 13.56 MHz enables fine control over treatment intensity, allowing optimization for different materials and process requirements.

  • Vacuum Processing For Sensitive Materials

Low-pressure operation (10–30 Pa) allows safe plasma cleaning and activation of delicate components and powders while minimizing thermal and mechanical stress during processing.

  • Dual Gas Flow Control With Rotameters

Two independent gas channels with rotameters enable precise gas composition and flow control to tailor plasma chemistries and improve adhesion or surface modification outcomes.

  • PLC Touchscreen Automation and Monitoring

User-friendly PLC and touchscreen interface supports automated or manual process modes, recipe storage and repeatable cycles for consistent production and simplified operator operation.

Plasma Cleaning Process

  • Plasma Generation

Process gas is energized and converted into a reactive plasma containing ions, electrons, and radicals.

  • Plasma–Surface Interaction

High-energy plasma species reach the material surface and interact with contaminants at the molecular level.

  • Chemical Reaction

Reactive ions and radicals break down organic residues and surface contaminants through controlled chemical reactions.

  • Volatilization

The reaction products are converted into volatile compounds and enter the gas phase.

  • Removal from Surface

Gaseous by-products desorb from the surface and are evacuated, leaving a clean, activated material surface.
