Custom Plasma Equipment

DL-600 Wide Width Plasma Treatment Machine

The DL-600 is a wide width plasma treatment machine built for continuous inline processing of panels and sheets up to 2000 mm wide — no switching to batch or vacuum equipment to hit that width. Structure, nozzle layout, and conveyor speed are configured to your material and line rhythm, with PLC and touchscreen control so a validated recipe repeats the same way pass after pass.

  • Wide-format processing: supports panels and sheets up to 2000 mm wide
  • Inline operation: enables continuous processing without interrupting material flow
  • Configurable layout: structure, nozzles, and power adapted to your product
  • Production-ready: designed for stable, energy-efficient line integration

Built for Wide Lines

Who It's Built For

This wide width plasma treatment machine serves large PCB and panel fabrication, where treatment width matches panel size instead of cropping panels to fit undersized equipment. It also suits wide sheet or film converting, large-format packaging stock, and wide composite or metal sheet lines.

Large PCB/panel

Treatment width matches panel size instead of cropping panels to fit undersized equipment.

Sheet & film

Inline activation ahead of laminating, printing, or coating without narrowing the web.

Packaging stock

Continuous surface prep before folding, sealing, or bonding on large-format stock.

Composite/metal

Cleaning and activation staged before painting or structural bonding on wide sheet lines.

Wide Width

What Makes It Different

This wide width plasma treatment machine tunes line rhythm to the material and width actually running.

  • Adjustable conveyor speed (0.5–6 m/min)
  • Configurable nozzle layout scales coverage to the ordered processing width.
  • PLC touchscreen control repeats one saved recipe at any conveyor speed.

Customization & Comparison

Fari's engineering team adjusts nozzle configuration, conveyor length and speed, and control interfaces to match your existing line.

QUALITY

Manufacturing & Quality

Fari Plasma has manufactured plasma equipment directly since 2011 from a 3,000 m² factory and holds ISO 9001 certification (2021).

  • Direct Manufacturing

Plasma equipment made in-house since 2011 in a 3,000 m² factory.

  • ISO 9001

Certified to ISO 9001 since 2021, covering our plasma equipment production.

  • Pre-Shipment Checks

Every unit gets a visual, electrical, and functional check before shipment.

  • Traceability

Power, gas flow, and plasma parameters are calibrated and logged against each unit's serial number.
