Our Plasma Treatment Systems Machines

Our atmospheric plasma systems perform inline surface preparation and contamination control directly in ambient production environments, supporting high-speed and automated manufacturing lines. Designed for polymers, metals, composites, glass, and advanced materials, these systems prepare substrates for downstream processes such as bonding, printing, coating, welding, and encapsulation.
An atmospheric plasma system generates high-energy plasma at ambient air pressure, with no vacuum chamber required. By directing ionized gas onto a material surface, it removes organic contaminants, increases surface energy, and improves adhesion for bonding, coating, printing, and encapsulation.
Because it works under normal production conditions, atmospheric plasma can be integrated directly into conveyors, robots, and automated lines. Parts can be treated inline without stopping or moving to a separate chamber, making the process suitable for high-volume manufacturing.
Atmospheric plasma systems are commonly used on polymers, metals, composites, films, and glass to replace chemical primers or solvent wipes while delivering cleaner, more consistent surface activation.

We support atmospheric plasma system deployment from process evaluation to long-term service, ensuring reliable integration with existing production lines.
